ive a brother j315w which im trying to connect to wifi every time i enter the password it says its wrong. can anyone help ?

    Are any of the characters upper case rather than lower case? To a computer  ABC is different to abc, or Abc or aBc, etc etc.

    it now works. i entered the tcp/ip values then ran the setup wizard and suddenly connected.
