Your rights on the street in an emergency are very weak.  Defying police officers who are already stressed out by a situation is a good way to get arrested or shot. You may be able to sort out your "rights" in court afterward, but at that point it's not going to help anyone.   They don't have to move for you.   You can park your car somewhere out of the way, walk up, and explain that you need access to your property and they will probably allow you to walk in depending how extreme the situation is.  They are not going to allow you to walk into a dangerous situation because it puts them in danger if they have to save you.  Emergency responders have everything from fire fighting gear, to body armor and fully automatic weapons, so they will always be better equipped to save your family than you will ever be assuming they are already there.

If the officer has a legal reason to restrict entry, you have a legal obligation to comply or be held accountable. If entering the prohibited zone interferes with a lawful police investigation, you will most certainly be held accountable.

No, you can't tell them to move. Explaining your situation could result in them letting you pass, but there is no inherent right just because you live there.

If say you might have a child there or pets, you have a right to be assured of Their safety. Talk to cops first, show your Id. One will escort   you in to get the pet or child.

In this case you can show your ID to the cop to prove your address and they'll usually tell you if something's going on at your house. But obviously in the case of an active shooter or something they're not going to let you inside the perimeter. They don't need more victims to contend with.

You are required to obey the Police.  If that involves you not approaching your house, then you don't approach your house.

The police are there for a purpose.   Let them do their job.  You could ask questions, however.

If you tell the officers where you live and such, if it is your home and such. They will escort you to one who will have information, and questions for you. There is no need to disobey nor cause any types of issues. All it takes is proper communication.

if your house is on fire and blocked off then you can't go in, they don't want you to die in the fire.

IT IS POSSIBLE. IT MAY DEPEND WHERE ARE YOU.
