When make arrest with anybody. Police have lab DNA results and police investigator to prove defendant guilty. Now let say if they are prosecute billionaire one? Gonna be hard because they can afford to have 10 defense attorneys along with 100 private company experts proving defendant innocent. Billionaire can hire thousands of doctors and scientists to prove that police work is a mess in trial to the jury.

When I say too minor, I mean not serious enough for police to come out to take actions.

Example: on highway some driver finished their cigar and throw it out on road. The witness in another vehicle got angry and call police because that's litter. Litter is a crime but will police come out and look for them to fine them? Answer is no because the one who complain is only one word against another with no proofs.

I mean what generally police and 911 operator do? Guess all they gonna ask is "describe the vehicle with plates number" after that thank you for reporting?

Sometime when I saw a nice looking female on sidewalk. I wave at girls. Next those girls give me a middle finger.

So what should I say or do? Keep waving or give them finger back to them? Or what?

When I watched movie name Rambo last blood. Made me realize any parents have to be realistic with what children will do.

Like assuming children will listen and do thing what parent tell them to do.

In this movie, they told this niece to not bother searching for her own father also do not let friend helping her finding her father.

She just do it anyway which how she got herself killed.

So I'm thinking can't John Rambo be more reasonable maybe go with her to let her see her father without friend which a bad kind of friend because friend sold her out to sex slave in Mexico.

Lastly John Rambo made move too quick against gangster without investigating to locate her to to save her without dealing with gangster.

I made a crime report that was couple of months old.

When I write a crime report. Police man told me I have to make a good guess when cuz I couldn't remember exact date.

He asked me is it February like before valentine day. say think little after Valentine's day. He ask so is it begin or week or middle of week. I say think middle of week. At next he looked at calendar. He say so could be anywhere from Feb 18 to 20. I say not too sure which day. He say let say Feb 19 is your good guess so let put it down on statement. Police next ask is it morning or afternoon or night. I say I remember outside still light but it get dark not long afterward. He say ok say 4 pm is what I put down.

Why police want me put guess date even if I aren't too sure? I could be wrong by one day or by few hours.

In most other country, limited numbers of road. Police can easily set a checkpoint and stopped people going through and make them turn around. Police can threaten to arrest them if go back with no good reason.

Now with USA there is more road than numbers of police. Impossible to block every road.

Also at checkpoint people can made up all kinds of story just to pass through.

How lockdown gonna work in USA?

Even worse, at huge farm field, people can use dirt bike at backyard to go around without worry about police caught them.

In movies and tv shows, it always say police planning works and catch bad guy. Get teams swats to bust drug/trafficking organizations.

But I mean in real life? How often? Maybe half of time police did all arrangements and sets things up which turned out failed?

Example: Pimp told undercover police that he has a girl who kidnapped from South America and he can meet him at motel to have sex with her. Turned out it's empty at motel. Pimp create a lot of safeguards processing to be sure it's a real person not undercover police?

So police got screwed at the end. How often?

Like when there is no outbreak going on. Just ordering medical supplies to warehouse to save it for emergency?

I mean more than enough supplies. Order 5 billions full face mask with oxygen respiration. Order 2 billions air mattresses with bed built in, 20 millions stadium size tents. Order 800 millions square feet of prefabricated hospitals building. 70 millions air ventilation systems. 10 millions medical air drone with cameras.

Just in case any outbreak, we got everything ready and never have shortages to keep up with every outbreak?

I was watching some old show where actors played on stage. When the crowds are unhappy with this performer, theater manager use crane to pull them off to end his show.

Question is why need to use hook? Can't they just go on stage to tell them get off the stage now? Or get people interrupt actors to tell them stop it now?

If it's bouncers or one of staff at bar then yes has to listen because it's their property not mine.

I am talking about when you bumped into someone who just another customer who stop by bar.

Let say there is empty seat and you want to take a rest so you go there to sit on. Somebody next to this chair telling you go away.

Now should I listen or not listen? They are not the boss.

Or maybe you gonna suggest better listen anyway even if I legally don't have to. However I do need some place to sit soon or later and I do want to enjoy my drink and listen to music.

20 years ago, everytime I get speeding ticket or stop sign ticket, I just sign paper and pay fine without going to court.

However in last 5 years, I don't pay any fines, except pay lawyers to get tickets charge dismissed. I mean yeah I pay for attorney more than the cost to pay fine but I just wanna keep my driving records clean. Now from last several times, police pull me over but let me go with warning no tickets. Is there a reason police being different to me now? Like 10 to 20 years ago, police never give me warning but give me tickets.

Let say you got off from work and you are driving to your house. Next you saw several fire truck and helicopter right by your house. Police blocking you from get in. Now do you legally can tell police to move and let you go pass?

When it's emergency going on by your house. You don't know what happening. Maybe bad accident at your house or neighbors's house. Or maybe someone in your family is sick or at neighbor's house.

You don't know however you wanna be sure your family is alive and well. Also make sure your house is fine but can't get there close police blocking you from get in?
