Which one is better? Becoming a Medical Doctor or Medical Nurse or else in medical field such Assistant Medical Officer, Pharmacist etc... ?

Now, I have a diploma in nursing course few years back form a private college here in Malaysia but then I am thinking of to further my study in degree course... In medical field, of course... Since I feel that I need more than I have now because It's still not enough for me to satisfied my passion of my ambition... To be a professional medical healthcare personnel... And as I need it at the most when doing my work/job/task of responsible in medical world... So, I am just curious if I  just becoming a medical nurse is really enough for me to be as I desired in this life or become something else or more than I am now for my medical degree (Doctor, Nurse, Assistant Medical Officer, Paramedic etc)? I like to become a Doctor but then Nurse, Paramedic, Safety etc also my liking... I am confuse... Advice, please... Thanks.
