z table normally gives a left -tail

    P(z< Z) = left-tail

    P(z>Z) = 1- P(z<Z) is the right tailed

so you need to look up

    P(z<Z) = 1-0.8225 =   0.1775

    https://www.math.arizona.edu/~rsims/ma464/standard...

    P(z< -0.93) = 0.17619    (so 0.1775 is 0.131 away from this)

    P(z< -0.92 ) = 0.17879   (so 0.1775 is 0.129 away from this)

    so the answer should z = -0.92   ( not + 0.92)

but is  really closer to -0.925

Since 0.8225 is more than 0.5 and applies to the right-area, the z value applies to a  value *below* the mean and you might be expected to enter a negative value, i.e. -0.92
