When a child falls and there's dried blood in their nasal cavity, Najae, the child might have something wrong and it is best not to clean it until that is checked out. Take him to a minor emergency center or a emergency room even if he appears to be okay and let them give him a thorough examination and they will clean out his nasal cavity and give you antibiotics to put on it if that is necessary. Please don't ignore my advice.

You need to take the child to the emergency room and have the doctor look at his nose, for starters. He could have a serious injury, and ALL HEAD and FACIAL injuries are considered to be emergencies, especially in a child this young.
