It was approximately 100,000 to 15,000 years ago, according to science, and therefore according to most Christians.

Probably shortly after the Great Flood, ca. 2500 BC.  It was probably the only one.

An ice age is not something that can be speculated according to beliefs. Your question is like asking, "When were the 1800s according to Christians?"

Ask people who have expertise in the field. My advice is to ask a geologist or climatologist.

How come you don't ask when the last ice age was according to auto mechanics?

If you want your house rewired, do you regard religious belief as a qualification or disqualification?
