20cm Dia and 30cm length of cylinder for sucking water how much kg of effert required? ?

Assume 20cm Dia and 30cm volume of piston cylinder verticaly kept 10 ft above water level, and 3cm dia suction and discharge pipe connected at top now my question is if piston is pulling vertical down words how much kg of load to be connected to piston road vertical down words for sucking water up to 10 ft

Please help me to resolve this question please please

    You may want to re-ask the question with a picture of the mechanism.

    I can tell you that a lift of 10 feet requires

    .433*h  or 4.33 psi in fresh water. A total vacuum will lift water 32 feet.
