NBA draft prospect you were totally wrong about?
What NBA draft prospect were you 100% sure was going to be a star and ended up being a bust? For me, it was Derrick Williams (#2 pick in 2011). I will always remember that game in the Sweet 16 where he annihilated a STACKED #1 Duke team with 32 pts, 13 reb. He was dropping deeeep 3's and throwing down highlight dunks. I can't believe his skills never translated to the NBA...

Busts: Michael Beasley , Ben Macklemore , Andrew Wiggins ( he’s a good player but I thought he would be an mvp talent)
Players I thought were gonna suck but ended up being good Russell Westbrook ( truly I thought taking him 4th was idiotic dude was so unpolished and now he’s an all time great player) , Luka doncic , curry

Michael Beasley, Hakim Warrick, Jonny Flynn. I didn't think Steph Curry would be what he is today.

Andrew Wiggins I thought would be like KD level and maybe Jahlil Okafor

Every college team has stars that make little or any noise in the pros. With that in mind, I will list some of my favorite college team's (UNC Tarheels) pro let downs. Tyler Hansbrough, Brenden Haywood, Brandan Wright, Ty Lawson (alcohol), Sean May, Kendall Marshall (did well on The Lakers one year and then nothing), Ed Cota, Joseph Forte, Rashad McCants (big expectations).

I thought Ricky Rubio was going to be a lot better than he was. He played pro ball when he was in his teens (like Luca) and envisioned him becoming an NBA star
