Should i go to a doctor or am i just overthinking? ?
Ok so to start off i'd like to state that i'm not currently sexually active and really haven't been for the past year or so, i do however pleasure myself generally once a day give or take. A couple days a go i was masturbating and when i came i felt an unusual jolt of pain in the middle of my penis. It wasn't excruciating or overly painful but when you're in the middle of the best feeling ever it was pretty jarring. Then i started to notice that the next day the tip of my penis was somewhat tender on the left side, i was curious as to if i'd feel pain again next time so that night i pleasured myself again and it was fine until the end of my orgasm i felt the same jarring feeling but slightly less. Yesterday i left it alone and still noticed a slight amount of tenderness in the head, today is the same story but i'd consider it less than yesterday. I will say i'm an overly anxious person as is so having these kinds of issues are a little bit stressful for me. I've also heard that anxiety can manifest itself into physical ailments. I think i'm going to try pleasuring myself again tonight and see if it hurts again. Could it be that i was going to hard or something like that and pulled something or hurt something? There's nothing visibly different going on.

Over thinking is rarely a problem. Wrong thinking is much worse and if done in quantity could seem like over thinking but mass wrong does not mean over in general.
