Without the Astros cheating, do you think Kershaw would still have choked?

Lets be honest the guy has a history of this, it's something to think about. I don't think anyone can be blamed for assuming his Game 5 performance in 2017 series to be typical of the guy. What do you think?

No matter what happens during the regular season, and he is one of the all-time greats between late March and early October,  Kershaw can be counted on to stink on ice when his team needs him the most.

You have to admire his consistency.

Some players wilt in the glare of the playoffs, and Clayton is one of them. He's faced 10 different teams in the postseason play and the only ones that he's had success against are Atlanta, the Cubs, and the Mets.

Philly, St. Louis, Washington, Arizona, Houston, Milwaukee, and Boston have all beaten him like a left-handed stepchild.

Boston actually beat him worse in 2018 than the Astros did in 2017 so they must have been better at stealing signs.

Kershaw would be better off feigning an injury every October than embarrassing himself by trying to compete.
