At this point, I’d be much more worried about boring old influenza. Many more people have died from flu than from COVID-19 this year.

Panic doesn't help. The best you can do is follow recommended precautions.

Well I'm not contesting that that virus will be here! And I'm sorry for anybody that dies if it disease. But this is just not one of the terrible diseases! the 1918 Spanish influenza killed one third of the world's population! there's been flu viruses in the last couple years that is worse than this.

It's not the Black Plague.

Every time we have been warned about a pandemic, it hasn't happened. I can only panic so many times.
