The pills are just junk they sell you to turn a profit. Following the diet and exercise oplan they lay out (or really any diet and exercise plan) will give you pretty much the same results without needing to spend a ton of money on plant extracts, but its not a great long term financial strategy for the company, so they pretend like you need extra stuff.
