If you cut your finger by knife, which would you cry out right after that to one next to you  "I cut my finger!", or "I've cut my finger!"?

    More likely:

    "<Curse>, I'm Bleeding. Help!"

    At the casualty, or wound centre I would explain that "I Cut my Finger." or "I've cut my finger."

    Either will do.
