2001 Silverado broken into?

Hi, my Silverado was broken into last night. They actually completely took off a door handle. My question is idk if it's beyond a serious repair. Was wondering what all I would need to fix this?

They also took the plastic off around the steering wheel and ignition which is a mess right now..it still starts but all the wires are exposed

Your in a bind. You report it. get a insurance claim your rates double the Sate makes there coin from them. The cops are worthless as they know you pay some way as a citizen for the likes of them extra. So best is to self repair or back ally repair as best you can. & buy a cheap shotgun. So justice can be done. Only way left in America. As the system is rigged to coin you to death.

Sounds like some retard didn't know how to steal your truck. Electrical tape and duct tape to the rescue.

Make a claim to your insurance to get it fixed, then put an alarm on it.

Hopefully you have insurance cover on the car. True the police will do nothing but your insurer will require a police report as part of your claim.

It is repairable and worth doing. No insurance cover? There you go.

I could do it in an hour and a couple of beers. If it's a nice day, it will take longer.

'K, report it to the police & your insurance. You'll need to secure the door & take it to a body shop or a dealer for repair. You can't do it yourself.
