Truth never dies. And the truth which gave birth to you will again give birth to you when the time is right and the stars align so to speak. Whether the universe must die ten times ten a hundred times over it matters not. But there will between such rebirths be many near likenesses and every combination, blend and shade of you. We and everything fits into a truth which blends together and is connected.

We are part of a many formed totality. When infinity blinks many things are reborn. And what is an instant for infinity is an eternity for us.

Reality is a knot. The act of being creates not being. It creates a void in the world. Existences are relative in a sense that they depend on a relationship. Or that they create a relationship just by existing. A relationship which everything else is bound.

Truth is absolute but it is also a dependency. Truth cannot make reality. It has no action in the world. It is that something else is in action and that action is bound by the consequences of its own freedom and this freedom reveals the truth in the universe.

Death is a permanent sleep without a dream. After death you are not going to be anything on this earth. Everyday you are dying. The resurrection starts next day morning. If you start to fear then you have to fear every night before you go to bed. You don't think about it.

God doesn't watch each and every human being at the same time and cannot live with each and everyone to guide them. These works are done by the spirits. God had created different kinds of spirits for various purposes. He had made the spirits to watch, guide and determine the destiny of the human beings from their daily activities, talks and thoughts too. Your past determines your present and your present determines your future. God has given freewill to all creatures including human beings. According to this, all human beings have all right to live a life as they wish. But if it happens to be bad and hurts someone, they have to face the consequences. These consequences are created by spirits. It's a natural system. After death no one lives in any form. Heaven and hell are only for spirits, not for human beings. God is a mystery even to the spirits. Spirits are not eternal beings but their lifetime is long. Spirits are separate elements. A human being during his/her lifetime is living with many spirits which have joined one by one since birth. They are knowledge, skills, feelings, emotions, interests and everything. These spirits are your consciousnesses and memories. Even thoughts are not your own. For example, when you want to take a decision on a subject, one after another the spirits think and you just listen, choose or reject the ideas which they transmit to your mind through your brain in the form of thoughts. Brain is just a media to connect the spirits to your mind. A mind is just a computer's mind. A mind is you. After the destruction of a computer completely you will not get it's mind. The same is the case with the human beings.  A human being doesn't have a spiritual body. Soul is nothing but an energy needed for the functionality of a body. It is not a spirit or anything else. A body's functionality is based on the auto mechanism.  After death all spirits which accompanied a person quit and go to different places searching new bodies. No one lives in any form after death. All human beings are just robots made of flesh and bones and toys of the spirits for their games.

When we die all that happens is the mind which is the Spirit leaves the body and returns to the Spiritual Realm. I had an NDE, near death experience and out of body experiences. And I have had visits from family who has crossed over.

I think it's not only a possibility, but a virtual certainty. It doesn't terrify me, but surely there are many who have been, and many are.

I think a good start would be to determine why it terrifies you. Fear of death is a natural instinct in humans. It serves a valuable purpose. It keeps us away from dangerous situations, and compels us to fight like hell to survive dangerous situations. Other than that, it doesn't seem to be good for anything. What purpose does fear of the inevitable serve? If you can recognizes it as useless, perhaps you will be better able to simply discard it. If you can't do that, perhaps you can believe in an eternal afterlife. If you can't do either of those, maybe you should just try to keep your mind on something else.

What are you gonna do about it?

There really is nothing anyone can say about it. It’s going to happen whether you are afraid or think you’re brave. We just have to wait and see. I guess it’s the anticipation that’s the worst thing about it, like waiting for the ultimate interview

Possibly two components of your concern.

First, the human personality or ego that is childish, that knows the only way he or she may survive is by putting off its ways of fear, greed, anger, etc., and putting on that which is eternal, Childlike Life, Truth, and Love.  Good parenting models this for the child.

Second, the possibility that the soul-field has not put on sufficient soul-Light to walk with e.g. Christ Jesus and Archangel Michael up the Jacob's Ladder of divine Ascent.  This latter concern is of Love for God and being in God, and is open to remedy such as prayer to draw nigh, be God-taught, and so on.

Each day is often like a mini-lifetime:  arising fresh as a newborn, learning to earn and love, and by night ready to retire to whatever dreams (and resurrection) may come.  Turn your fear into motivation:  nightly quickly (and lovingly) review your day's activities, in a counter-clockwise fashion, desire to do better, and ask God for teaching, healing, and protection of your soul as your physical body rests at night.  God and the heavenly host love this as you have dominion in this/your world, and your asking for their help and intercession grants them permission--your invitation to them, and they may do much more.  What you sow, even for 5 minutes of loving God and devotional prayer and reading, is able to bring great encouragement.

That's a natural fear. You might be young enough to live in the unbridled bio-tech era, in which case a longer life, certainly will be possible; and bio-immortality will not too far away, either. You have to be optimistic to formulate an outlook of your current self living much longer, and highly optimistic, given a view of the nearness to biological immortality we young people have the chance of undergoing. Those probabilities, of extended life should calm the waves, but like I said its natural to fear death. Even if we extend life to a long duration, there's still that chance of natural death occurring.

You might also try to weigh the evidence and decide if there is natural or even supernatural forms of "self"-existing. Personally, I am skeptical over it all. Its not to be conquered so much as it is to be assuaged.

Do you fear going to sleep at night?  Fear of the unknown is a constant problem for us humans.  It's probably because we know so much and we don't like it when we can't figure something out.  The best way to conquer fear is to use rationality and look for evidence instead of just imagining things.  Fear tends to wilt under scrutiny.  And if that fails we have to let go of our egos and admit that we just don't know everything.  Doing things is sometimes more comfortable than just thinking about things.  Fear is the only enemy.
