Knots are so painful in back?
I have bad knots in my upper trapezius muscle but about a week before my period they always hurt me more then why is this?

Same. But i don't get periods. I got a foam roller and it helps. I think drinking more water helped too.
It happened more when i was more active at the gym (probably should've stretched more) but i'm sure it has to do with posture and dehydration as well. idk. water helped.
