Buy a small piece of land in Scotland?

Is it possible to buy a (very) small piece of land in Scotland, say 10x10 sq metres?

Im thinking part of a field, that has a road running next to it for access.

I would be using it for personal storage.

Thanks

Rob

Yes - there are small areas of forest you can buy.

But you wouldn't get planning permission to erect any structures on it.

Doubt it. Land is agricultural and the owner would need change of use.

Why would have a farmer want your stuff on his land ?

Possible however very unlikely and you would have to get planning permission/change of use to use it for 'storage' purposes
