How do you display courteous, helpful and non-discriminatory attitude with both clients and colleagues?

    Be your self, but also be polite, genuine and have a good attitude. Smile, make eye contact when you great people. If they offer, give the a firm handshake and a smile. Be the same person you are and have a good attitude with every client / colleague. Not every one is going to like you, but that's okay you shouldn't make / force people to like you.

    By being an adult...seriously.  You put on your happy CSR face, grit your teeth and deal with it...
