If there is no cure for the COVID-19, how is it that people are being treated after diagnosis and no longer having it after more tests?
Is what I read about no cure incorrect or does it go away like chicken pox and come back later in another form like shingles or in the same form? I do know there's no immunization to prevent it and wonder if this is what they meant when I read there is no cure.
Not that I think it's a rash! I'm just using an analogy. Thanks.

The world is being kept in the dark as to whether there's a cure. Everyone is being told that the symptoms are like a flu.
