people who have covid-19 should be quarantined, regardless of their legal status, so they don't pass on the disease to so many people that healthcare can keep up.
That's why the bulk of them should be legalised

No, because illegal aliens don't have the Corona virus (at least not yet, or not enough for us to know about it). It's so far been brought into the country by U.S. citizens traveling on cruise ships and airplanes. It hasn't been coming across the border, probably because it wasn't in Mexico when it got to the U.S.
