    Actually the best since Reagan. The effects of Kennedy's wisely proposed tax cuts didn't take place until LBJ.

    Kennedy was a popular president but if you check the records he did very little other than losing the Bay of Pigs invasion of Cuba. LBJ is really the one who got things done because he was the real expert at getting people to go along with his ideas. Unfortunately he is only remembered for Vietnam.
