Aftermarket Stereo?
Hello, I have a 2010 Hyundai Genesis sedan with lexicon sound system and UNAVI installed on the head unit. The head unit also has the climate control linked to it. The interface is pretty boring and bland. I'm wondering if it is any way possible to replace my specific head unit with an aftermarket one and that has climate control installed with it. Answer if you have experience with stereo installs only. Particularly on a Genesis or any other luxury car. Thanks.

it won't be boring trying to put that stock system back into the car because the climate control doesn't work properly after you jag with it.

As the old saying goes, IF IT AIN'T BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. Don't mess with a complicated, integrated system if it works well or you'll be opening a big can of worms. You can live with the visual blandness. You won't be happy if the sound system, climate control or UNav starts acting up because you or someone else messed with it. I have lots of experience repairing other peoples mistakes. Most of them start right where you are now. If you ignore this advice, do not try to DIY. Hire a professional.
