I often wake up at around 3 am to 4 am. Is it coincidence or spiritual?

    There is a natural wakeful period in the middle of the night which tends to disappear in industrial societies. In the past, it tended to be used for prayer, scripture reading and meditation. I suggest you try this.

    Same thing happens with me! Without alarm I wake up around 4am 5am 

    Its god waking us up and telling us to start praying.
