    I reveal there is a state of cohincidence where everything matches totally cause things eventually happened cause it matches with a matchpoint which is a state of cohincidence and that is all about what you are looking for

    The first means A is telling B he isn't expressing himself clearly and should ge to the point.

    The second is an accusation; A believes B is suggesting some wrongdoing on the part of A.

    It's the same as the difference between what one wants to say and what one wants to suggest, but not explicitly.
