R&S..Who would NOT be considered a victim of circumstance?

Turns out: Quite a few people around here incorrectly see themselves as victims of circumstance. ;)

Someone who willfully puts on a badge then gets himself a clone problem. He wasn't sitting on a park bench, minding his own business, eating ice cream on a warm summer day. Then out of no where, a band of rabid clones ran by and BAM! Victim of circumstance, he got cloned, poor little guy!
