Where can I find a a "How to.." page to fix my malfunctioning Yahoo mail account?

Near the bottom of the left column of YA under ths "About" tab is where the hyperlink for the Yahoo help pages are, then you need to choose Mail, because "Abuse and" Spam" is at the top of the list of the Help pages.
