NO! Mexican citizens with Mexican passports apparently can still return home to Mexico (although this is not certain, and could change any minute). But NO non-essential travel, NO Americans, NO tourists!
Borders are generally closed for many countries. They might allow their own citizens to return home, but otherwise, plan on NO TRAVEL anywhere for the time being.
