Should I message this girl?

This girl and I worked at a hotel for two summers, me outside and her inside. Every once in a while I would go inside and joke with her and be sassy. She would also come outside and do the same to me. When we talked seriously she would tell me things she wouldn't tell other people, like lying to our coworkers about going out. At the end of this last summer we swiped each other on Tinder and started talking. She went to study abroad and gave me her number so we could keep talking. It was going decently but at some point I was having to double text to get responses, so I let it go. She was super busy over there with both school and touring Europe. But I think she saw I changed some things on my Tinder (I wasn't swiping, I don't know why I made that mistake) and I don't think she didn't like that or maybe thought I didn't like her in a serious way after that so she ghosted me. Yesterday I logged into facebook and saw she was a "new friend suggestion" which means she might have looked at my profile, cause I get the same from the girls from Tinder. My question is, should I message her and see how things are and try to get something going again?
