How to get rid of hirsutism? ?

I have pcos and high testerone levels due to this I have a lot of hair in my bum and thighs so thick and my face and my arms ect. I take birth Control for my pcos but all it does is give me like 2/3 days very light period, which btw I’ve never had a natural period in my life. So anyway I live in Uk and want to know is there any medication that will work to reduce my hirsutism and isn’t pricey and will actually work? Because I shave every single morning and night I hate the hairs I just want to feel like a woman.

Youd have to get laser hair removal or electrolysis done to remove the hair.

Even if you got your hormones under control, the hair is otherwise permanent

I don't think there's a medication kinda thing for hair. Once the hair follicle is formed it will keep reforming the hair root, and growing a new shaft of hair, over and over again. That is unless something happens to traumatize the hair follicle.

As for hair removal though, there are many options.

You can pluck hairs one by one. You could try threading, which gets a few hairs at a time. Sugaring and Waxing both pull up patches of hairs. If trying wax, there are two kinds. Soft wax requires a linen strip for removal. Hard wax does not. It hardens into a firm piece on its own, that you can then remove.

There are depilatory creams and foams. These (such as Veet or Nair) are chemicals that you can apply to the shafts of hair by means of a lotion or foam. They are supposed to destroy the hair shaft above the surface of the skin. They usually work ok. They do tend to have a strong smell.

There are also things such as coil hair removal, and electric epilators. Personally I think the epilators are super painful. But that's just me. There are several brands and models available online. Obviously, omeone is buying them.

Do your own esearch. Find what works for you.

You have every right to want to look like a woman. But no one can prescribe you anything on here. Medications with such a hormonal component you’ll have to get through a doctor. Try an endocrinologist.
