Why is someone else's contacts on my yahoo email?
I have email addresses of people I've never called or emailed and who have never called and email me on my yahoo list. A few of them I recognize happen to be friends of a family member but I have never communicated with them and they have never communicated with me. How is it possible for them to show up on my yahoo email contact list when I never added or communicated with them?

If you reply all instead of reply they might be added that way. Add, edit, or delete contacts in New Mail: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/sln28059.html

They were probably included in a email sent to you which contained several different email address at the same time, and you may have clicked 'reply to all'. That's the only way.
