Why won’t my mom help me out of depression?
I’m depressed because of having a child with an emotional abuser. I don’t get to live life anymore. My life is not mine anymore. What’s the point of living if I can’t do anything?

Unless your mother is a licensed mental health provider she doesn't know how to help you out of your depression. You need professional help.

Your Mom could very well be suffering from debilitating emotional problems of her own so you may have to be the adult and take the initiative in this situation. Sometimes the hardest realization for a child is coming to terms with the fact that their parents aren’t perfect or “superhuman” like they imagined most of their lives. But, her needing your help doesn’t change the fact that she loves you. It just means your relationship has advanced to the next level.

you need to get strong and leave this abuser. I believe then your depression will lift.
