Would you ever take a Cruise.?
Cruise ships have contributed to the most numbers of Corona deaths and infections in Australia.
The Captain of the Ruby Princess and Carnival Cruises lied to Australian Authorities about the seriousness of the infections on board and took no action to control the spread.
They were more interested in dumping the passengers and looking after their bottom line than the welfare of the crew and passengers.
With that knowledge would you still consider a cruise for a future holiday ?

I've been on 19 and have never experienced a breakout of anything while on a cruise. I've got one booked for the end of November, and another for next spring. Assuming this has calmed down, I will go. If travel is still sketchy, I'll cancel. I was supposed to be going on a vacation to Europe next month. I cancelled it.

I've been on very nice stateroom cruises but haven't and won't ever again since Carnival had defecation spilling in hallways, engine broken, cancer patients got stuck etc. happened a few times and have said since I saw that in 2014 and said I'd never do it again and with the air ventilator recycling everyone's air now for sure I am adamant never to take any cruise.

I would go on a cruise, but I would wait a long time (probably about 3/4 of a year) after all this has winded down. I would still be a little cautious though.

Cruise ships aren't set up for pandemics; they're essentially floating hotels. It's entirely expected that they'd look for help by state medical systems when faced with this issue.
Also; many people who take cruises are elderly, and come with existing health care issues. They're therefore more vulnerable than the general population.
And many countries refused to let cruise passengers off the ships, meaning infections spread on board.
(I personally wouldn't take a cruise; but not because of coronavirus)

Yes. Considering the virus, would you ever go to a restaurant, church, bar or nightclub again?

Yes I would take a cruise. Have in the past and want to again if it is ever safe to travel anyplace again. But I will not get on a cruise when there is a virus going around like some of these people that did. Will lose my money first.
