NH4Cl is the product of a strong acid and a weak base, so it is acidic.
If you really must have an equation:
NH4OH + HCl → NH4Cl + H2O

You might also see the equation this way:
NH4^+(aq) + H2O(𝓁) <==> H3O^+(aq) + NH3(aq)

The NH4+ ion is the conjugate acid of NH3. Because it is a conjugate acid, a solution of NH4Cl will be acidic:
NH4+ <--> H+ + NH3
