Underdeveloped breasts due to pcos? ?

Hi, I got diagnosed with pcos when I was 15 I’m now 22 and I got put on birth control and that was it since. I am under such a lot of distress because my breast dont look like normal women’s breast they look kind of far apart and like a Man’s it’s not feminine and I really hate it I also have hirsutism which nothing can be done for. Is there anything that can be done maybe at the doctors I just don’t know I feel so sad and hopeless has anyone had any experience?
