Tracking my calories on myfitnesspal, on a deficit exercising everyday but still not losing weight?
Everything I've been eating I've been tracking on myfitnesspal and I never go over the daily amount of what I'm supposed to be consuming each day.. I'm also doing some form of exercise everyday like going for a 5km run, doing a home workout or even going on a bike ride.. I'm taking l cartinine and cla tablets with my meals which is supposed to reduce the fat in my body, I'm around 5,5 or 5,6 and I weighed myself and im 10 stone 6, i thought i would be a lot lower than this I'm just wondering why I'm not losing any weight

We don't have enough info to be of a lot of help. We could answer better if we knew:
How long you've been working to lose weight
What your daily calorie intake is
How long and at what intensity your workouts are (DO have at least 1 rest day a week)
What your starting weight was and how much you've lost so far

I like the calculator here that tells you what your calorie intake should be, based on your current size, sex, age, and exercise level. As your weight changes or your activity level changes, your calorie intake should change also. There's also the issue of losing fat and gaining muscle. If these things are happening at the same time, the number on the scales may not change (or may not change in the way you expect) since muscle tissue is heavier, by volume, than fat. Be sure and take all your body measurements (upper arms, chest, waist, hips, upper thighs, and calves). Re-check those measurements every week or two or three, and that'll give you an indicator of how your body is changing, even if the scales aren't moving much.

At what weight did you start at and how long have you been on the diet? You said that you have a calorie deficit, but you did not state what the calorie deficit is or how many calories you are consuming. There is no way we can give you suggestions unless you provide us with more information. Your age would also help, so we can recommend how many calories you should be eating.
