While it is true that glutamine can feed/promote cancer, it is NOT possible to have a glutamine free diet. Especially if you eat any of the following, beef, chicken, fish, dairy products, eggs, vegetables like beans, beets, cabbage, spinach, carrots, parsley, vegetable juices, and also in wheat, papaya, brussels sprouts, celery, kale and fermented foods such miso. Also the human body creates glutamine. By cutting out all dietary sources of glutamine, you severely reduce the foods available to eat that will help maintain your health. It's the answer you want, but it's the answer that you're going top get. Also did the doctor give you specific orders to go on a glutamine free diet? If they did, then you're going to need to do some serious supplementation, of some of the essential nutrients, starting with vitamin B12.
