    ok... I'll play along and just assume you can read minds...

    maybe for the same reason the last president's "health care reform" put hundreds of billions into the pockets of his largest donors instead of actually providing "care" ..... pure, politically-driven self interest...

    if that didn't matter to you then, please don't pretend to be a better person than those who support the guy the TV tells you should hate..
