How do you convert kCal to kgs of ATP?
Is it:
kcal -> moles kcal -> moles ATP -> kgs ATP ..... or am I just completely off?

kCal is an old fashioned unit of energy. The modern unit is kilo-Joules (kJ)
kgs is a unit of mass multiplied to time . kilograms multiplied to seconds (kgs)
