I'd suggest any and all of the following adjustments:

    1. Make sure you are weighing and measuring your food so that your tracking is accurate.

    2. Cut more calories.  The simplest fix is to increase your calorie deficit.

    3.  Cut your carbs.  Eating carbs (grains, beans, fruit, etc.) requires your body to product insulin. Insulin takes the fuel produced by the carbs to your cells.  It also tells your cells not to burn fat and to store any extra fuel as fast.  Eating lots of carbs will make it harder to lose weight.

    4. Look at when you are eating.  Don't snack or graze and stop consuming any calories a good 5 hours before you go to bed.  Fuel your body and brain when it is active and stop so you don't end up storing fat from an evening snack or late dinner.

    5. Consider intermittent fasting.  Simply don't consume any calories (you can drink water, coffee and tea) for 12-16 hours.  This isn't that hard if you stop eating at 6PM and then don't eat again until lunch time the next day.  Do this 2-3 days a week.

    6. Don't count your exercise when calculating your calorie deficit.

    7. Increase the intensity of your exercise.  Weight loss is 80% diet, but HIIT exercise can increase calorie usage.

Without knowing what you're eating and what your exercise program is, we really can't effectively comment. Your weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise, so what and how much you eat has the most impact. A lot of people think they are eating healthy or not too high calorie, but they really aren't doing as well as they think. Also, saying you 'exercise' every day tells us nothing. Five mins of yoga or a brisk walk around the block is 'exercise' but it's not going to have a significant impact on your daily calorie burn. What kind of exercises are you doing? How long are your workout sessions? What's your workout intensity?

You are 146 lbs and the recommended weight range for a woman your height is 120-139 lbs (8 st 8 lb - 9 st 13 lbs) depending on body frame size, per the source link at the bottom.

This calculator https://www.freedieting.com/calorie-calculator is a decent guide in helping you determine what your daily calorie intake should be, based on your age, sex, height/weight, and activity level. As your weight and/or activity level changes, your calorie needs change also.

    Stop exercising so much.

    I lose weight easily.

    Try doing some dumbell curls.
