The Book of Thomas proves Jesus had POWER as a child (Jn 3:34). Why do some today's Christians blv Jesus recv'd power in a water baptism?

B] because it said he got power at the baptisim thats why they belive this the book is full of contradictions,

it said god didnt want anyone to go to hell, god flat out forces the pharoh not to let the jews go so he can kill their kids to show his power and all born in sin go where?

Baptism isn't about power, it's about being cleansed from sin through Jesus.

The Infancy Gospel of Thomas also says Jesus blinded a man and killed children.

This book is not canonical. At any rate I believe that Jesus had power as a child.

The Book of Thomas is of doubtful authorship. Jesus did not begin his ministry until he had been baptized.
