Can I take xanax while I have the coronavirus? ?

I'm recovering from the virus and I'm having episodes of severe anxiety and panic attacks. Can I take xanax to cope with the anxiety until my time of quarantine is over or will it negatively effect recovery?

    Xanax is prescribed for various reasons from anxiety to narcolepsy. There is nothing about this or ANY known virus that has a known negative interaction with xanax. Speak or contact a licenced pharmacist. Also what dose? 0.5mg or a bar???
