No.  I'm all for the employment of the differently-abled.

Torture is not something I think should be allowed generally. The CIA runs the worldwide drug trade, I think they should just legalize it, do it transparently, put drugs in energy drinks or whatever. Cheap, legal, safe drugs would cut crime in half, save lives and give people the freedom of choice they want, that they always wanted. You never had a chance of stopping people taking drugs, you do have a chance at finding and jailing or killing complete psychopaths though, instead of hiring them and putting them at the top levels of power.
