How much effert required to pull the water by piston? ?

Imagine 75cm length pipe 10cm piston dia, 10cm suction pipe dia, minimum how kg of effert required pulling piston the manauly by hand.

    If you are lifting the water vertically 75cm (you don't state this important tidbit), then you calculate the pressure at the bottom of a 75cm slug of water (it will be close to 7500 Pa). Multiply this pressure by the area of piston.

    If the pipe is horizontal, not much effort required (frictional effort).

    The lift required for 75 cm is ~.9 lbs if it is fresh water.
