Is parable of Jesus cursing fig tree for not producing the same as one who has no power & can't produce Spiritual gifts & Signs following?

Update:

Jesus promised "POWER" who come upon us" (Acts 1:8) when we become true Christians with Holy Spirit baptism (Acts 1:5) along with "Spiritual gifts" (I Corinthians 12:7-10) and "Signs following" (Mark 16:17-18) to

"Do greater works than these" (John 14:12) and be able to say to unbelievers

"If you don't believe me, believe the works" (John 10:37-38).

Update 2:

Jesus said in Luke 19:40 "If these remain silent, the rocks will immediately cry out."

Is the parable of the non productive fig tree that Jesus cursed (Mark 11:12-25) the same as one that "Is quiet and He will make the rocks cry out?"

The fig tree incident was an acted parable. The barren fig tree symbolized a barren Israel. It was also then a prophecy of the events of 70AD when God sent the Roman armies to destroy Jerusalem and the temple. Daniel described a 490 year probation period for Israel. If at the end she showed herself unacceptable, he would destroy her. 70 AD marked the end of her probation. She failed God and had crucified their Messiah and Saviour

The fig tree without fruit that was cursed represented the false religion of the Pharisees that did not produce fruit for the kingdom - much like those that deny the deity of Yeshua produce no fruit for the kingdom of God - they only produce fruit for Satan and his kingdom.

The simple meaning is he was cursing an unfruitful tree, symbolizing cursing someone who does not follow the commandments and does not produce fruit, that is, good works, however the deeper meaning is just as death came into the world by Adam and Eve eating the fruit, and covering their sin and shame with fig leaves, Jesus was cursing the fig tree, symbolizing his ultimate victory over death and sin.

The fig tree symbolized the so-called Godly people who bore no "fruit."

No, it had nothing to do with that.  Jesus was performing what was called "prophetic theater", illustrating a "curse" on Israel's curse, symbolized by the barren tree.
