spirulina oil and fish oil contain the same omega-3 DHA&EPA, however spirulina oil is superior in 3 ways

1)

spirulina oil is the best source of GLA(40%) which is an anti-inflammatory fat most americans are deficient in and fish oil has None

2)

Spirulina oil is not grown in the ocean and therefore does not contain the hazardous heavy metals that fish oil has

3)

spirulina oil is much more environmentally friendly than fish oil
