Is it ok to be politically neutral?

There are many commonly-held beliefs from both parties that I identify with. However, there are beliefs from both of them that I passionately disagree with too. I’ve been desperately trying to categorize myself for YEARS but can’t land on one party. Anyone else in this boat?

Update:

Like, whenever I THINK I’m one party - I quickly learn that I am NOT lol

Sure; that is the  credible way to be. Being blinkered/biased supporters of one Party is pathetic.

There are 2 major parties dominating everything and that’s Democrat and Republican. You can not be neutral. Either you are stupid or you’re a Democrat

Sssssh, don't tell anyone, but there are a lot of us!  Maybe we should have a secret handshake?  On a completely serious note it's not healthy in a democracy to pick a team and then cheer it blindly on no matter what.
