Do you have to reinstall drivers if you have 2 of the same GPUs video cards and decide to use for same computer?

    generally, no. however, your mobo and BIOS must support this for it to work

    No. If the cards use the same driver, there is no need to reinstall it. There's already a copy of the driver on your computer.
