There is a clear 50/50 chance that the DNC will not pick Joe Biden. And it is the DNC, NOT the Democrat voter that selects the candidate.

Technically correct that it is not set in stone until the Democratic National Convention is held on August 17-20, 2020, but Biden is the clear leader and everyone else has dropped out, so he is the presumptive nominee.

The recent past has drawn my attention Andrew Cuomo better than Biden but I usually categorize "what if" questions as a child's way to draw attention to their overactive imagination.

They think they are being sly, sliding that snake, Hillary, up into the works. They'll now say, "Hillary is old news", but we know better. We've seen there mo. Hillary will be magically introduced...and she will once again lose to Donald Trump.

The DNC does not choose the nominee, that is done by voters in the primaries.
