That type of leather jacket is called a motorcycle jacket or racing jacket, which is not the same thing as a biker jacket even though "biker" and "motorcycle" refer to the same activity.  A motorcycle jacket or racing jacket is highly fitted and generally has either a racer or bomber collar, a high collar that is extremely minimal such that there is nothing to fold down, as opposed to a large, open collar that folds over and generally lies down but that can be turned up to better block wind.  It also often has inlays of colored leather forming stripes. 

I believe in Europe motor cycle or racing jackets are called "café racers."  That may be key in trying to find that exact jacket being that the emblem on its front is of French automobile and motorcycle manufacturer Peugeot, so were you to try and find that exact one, you might need to search for Team Peugeot jackets from the early 00s or possibly late 90s using the term "café racer."
